Bryan Mosier, age 57, of Sheldon, Iowa, passed away on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at Sanford Medical Center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. No formal visitation hours scheduled. Friends may stop by and visit with Brice and Bruce and their families at their home. Memorial service and private family burial will take place at a later date. Bryan Doc Mosier was born on June 23, 1960 in Tyler, Minnesota. He is the son of Lyle and Betty (Jaques) Mosier. He lived his youth in Lake Benton, Minnesota where he attended school and graduated in 1978 from Lake Benton High School. He served in the United States Air Force and was honorably discharged. He moved to Cody, Wyoming where he was employed by the city and then worked for a gysum company. He was presently working for Dawson Geophysical Company where he was trained as a foreman for the company as a data recovery expert in oil, minerals and precious stones. Bryan was an independent person in all aspects of his life. He loved nature and exploring nature. He enjoyed fossil hunting, target shooting with rifles and hand guns, and fixing old cars. He enjoyed spending time with his family and nephews, nieces, great nephews and great nieces. He passed away on Saturday, January 13, 2018 at Sanford Medical Center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Those left to cherish his memories are two sons, Brandon Mosier of Billings, MT and Jesse Pryor of Billings, MT; his parents, Lyle and Betty Mosier of Sheldon, IA; 3 brothers and sisters-in-law, Brent and Millie Mosier of Paige, AZ, Brice and Shelly Mosier of Sheldon, IA, Bruce and Deb Mosier of Sanborn, IA; 2 sisters and brothers-in-law, Cheryl and Richard Baird of Killeen, TX, Cory and Bruce Nelson of Hatfield, PA. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lyle and Eva Mosier and Delmer and Anne Jaques.
