PEGGY L. KUIPER
Peggy Lois Kuiper, the daughter of Dale and Florance (Fieldbinder) Hadfield, was born March 8, 1928 in Champagne, Illinois. She was the oldest of three children. In her childhood she grew up in Sheldon, Iowa. She attended Sheldon Community School. She was latter married on September 28, 1952 to Jim Kuiper in Sheldon, Iowa. Together they had three children, Bob, Rick and Judy. She was a housewife, who enjoyed spending her life with her family and friends. Peggy moved to Holland, Minnesota to make her home. She later moved to the Ashton Care Center in Pipestone, Minnesota. In August of 2010, she moved into the Tyler Health Center in Tyler, Minnesota Peggy passed away at the care center in Tyler on Sunday, March 27, 2011 reaching the age of 83 years and 19 days.
While in Sheldon, she was a member of the United Methodist Church. Though she had moved around a lot she had always considered Sheldon her home.
She leaves to cherish her memory her three children, Bob Kuiper of Holland, Minnesota; Rick and his wife, Julie Kuiper of Choctaw, Oklahoma and Judy and her husband, John Hayward of Battle Creek, Iowa; nine grandchildren, Kendra Disney, Amber Sanow, Kristi Caldwell, Bobby Kuiper, Michael Kuiper, Shannon Hofmann, Deric DeJager, Bryan Hayward, Trisha Hayward; twenty-one great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, two sisters, Sandy and her husband, Rich Haack of Sheldon, Iowa and Joan Benz of Gold Breeze, Florida; and many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
