Bonnie Jetter, age 86, of Sheldon, Iowa, passed away on Friday, September 30, 2016 at Sanford Sheldon Medical Center in Sheldon. Memorial Services will be Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. at Park View Assembly in Sheldon. Rev. Ken Snyder officiating. Burial will be at a later date. Visitation will be Tuesday, October 4, 2016 from 4:30 to 7:30 P.M. with the family present from 6:00 to 7:30 P.M. at the Andringa Funeral Home Sheldon Funeral Service in Sheldon. Bonnie Gail Jetter was born on October 30, 1929 in Doon, Iowa. She was the daughter of William and Cecil (Swenning) Brower. She lived her youth in Doon, Iowa, Belgrade, Minnesota and Sheldon, Iowa, where she attended school. She was united in marriage to Orville Jetter of Sheldon, Iowa on April 6, 1947 in Sheldon. They lived in Sheldon where Bonnie worked at Molmen's Dairy, LTrio Grill, Corner Drug Store, Radio and TV Center, and Prairie Queen Bakery. Bonnie was a member of Parkview Assembly of God in Sheldon. She was a member of TOPS club in Sheldon. She enjoyed going to church, going out for coffee, fixing crossword puzzles, canning, watching college and professional football. Bonnie was a loving wife and mother. She was very kind and thoughtful to others. She had a quiet, mellow and sweet personality. She passed away on Friday, September 30, 2016 at Sanford Sheldon Medical Center in Sheldon after struggling with cancer the last few years. Those left to cherish her memories are her husband of 69 years, Orville Jetter of Sheldon, IA; children, Dave and Jan Jetter of Ocala, FL; Kathy and Ray Van Diepen of Boyden, IA, and their children, Jesse Van Diepen and Cody Van Diepen; Dale and Luisa Jetter of Sheldon, IA, and their children, Mike Jetter, Kayla Tesch, Kacey Porter; son-in-law, Tim Roelofsen of Sheldon, IA, and his children, Kelly Dodge, Sara Roelofsen, Cale Roelofsen; 15 great grandchildren; one brother, Jack Swenehart of Phoenix, AZ. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Janet Roelofsen; infant son, Gayle Jetter; grandson, Andy Van Diepen; her parents; 5 sisters, Mavis McMurray, Wilma Andres, Beverly Preston, Gloria Van Nyhuis, Shirley Wittrock; 2 brothers, Lauren Brower and William Brower, Jr. In Loving Memory Of Bonnie Jetter Born: October 30, 1929 Passed Away: September 30, 2016 Age: 86 years and 11 months FUNERAL SERVICE Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at 2:00 P.M.
