Dianne Marie Hinz, the daughter of John and Edna (Hoppe) Hinz was born on December 2, 1946 in Primghar, Iowa. She attended Paullina Schools and graduated from Paullina High School in 1965. After graduation she attended beauty school in LeMars. She began working as a beautician in Paullina for many years; she also sold for Avon. Dianne later became a full time grandma, helping Ann with her three sons. Dianne passed away on Saturday, March 9, 2019 at Sanford USD Medical Center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota reaching the age of 72 years, 3 months and 7 days.
Dianne was a member of Zion United Church of Christ in Calumet. She loved being a grandma and great grandma. She also enjoyed gardening, crocheting, cooking and baking. She was a member of 4-H and still participated in entering baked goods and also helped her family with 4-H.
Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Ann Anderson of Paullina; grandsons, Sean (Katelyn Johnson), Jake and Kyle Anderson; great grandson, Blaine Anderson; also other relatives and friends.
Dianne was preceded in death by her parents.
