Alone, Yet Never Lonely
Alone, yet never lonely,
For Jesus is my Friend,
He’s promised He’d be with me
Unto the very end.
Alone, yet never lonely,
Though earthly friends be few…
My Lord is All-Sufficient
I know He’ll take me through.
Alone, yet never lonely,
My Saviour holds my hand…
In weakness I’m made perfect
In His strength I shall stand.
Alone, yet never lonely,
I know He’s by my side,
Each day He walks beside me
To comfort and to guide.
Alone, yet never lonely,
I know when life is done…
My lord will safely lead me
To my Eternal Home.
