Joshua Shawn Jederberg, age 26, of rural Hartley, Iowa, passed away on Thursday, October 11, 2018 at his parent's home in rural Granville, Iowa. Visitation with viewing will be Tuesday, October 16, 2018 from 3:00 to 8:00 P.M. with the family present from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the Andringa Funeral Home Sheldon Funeral Service in Sheldon. Cremation to follow. There will be no Memorial Service. Joshua Shawn Jederberg was born on November 22, 1991 in Sheldon, Iowa. He is the son of Ellten Shawn and Shelley (Nilles) Jederberg. He enjoyed playing football and wrestling at South O'Brien High School, graduating in 2011. He was united in marriage to Amber Rose Schurke of Hartley, Iowa on October 3, 2015 in Paullina, Iowa. They lived in rural Hartley where Josh was a self-employed mechanic. His passion was Figure 8 Racing in Primghar, Iowa and working on his cars for the next race. It was evident from a young age that Josh possessed a bigger heart than most and it remained that way until the very end. He was born with a love for all things racing. He passed that love on to his children right away. Kallie and Jayden idolized their father and the joy they brought to him was unbelievable. Anyone who met him knew how smart he was and knew how much he enjoyed working with his hands. He passed away on Thursday, October 11, 2018 at his parent's home in rural Granville, Iowa. Those left to cherish his memories are his wife Amber Jederberg, their children, Kallie Rose Jederberg and Jayden Dean Alyn Jederberg of Hartley, IA; his parents, Ellten and Shelley Jederberg of Granville, IA; 3 brothers, Christopher (Crystal) Permann of Arlington, IA, Daniel McHenry of Sioux Falls, SD, David McHenry of Sioux Falls, SD; 2 sisters, Carrie (Eric) Pohlen of Hospers, IA, Tanya Jederberg of Norwood Young America, MN; grandmother, Sandra Jederberg of Sheldon, IA; grandparents, Dean & Linda Scheider; Aunt Terra (Greg) Kerska, Uncle Brad (Jodi) List, Aunt Gina (Kevin) Kruger, Uncle Scott Jederberg, Uncle Tracy List; 13 nieces and nephews, several cousins and in-laws, who loved him. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Ed Jederberg and Uncle Dean Alyn Nilles.
