          Lavonne R. Lutterman age 83 of Sheldon, Iowa passed away on Sunday, December 4, 2022 at her home. A Private Family Service will be held on Friday, December 9, 2022 at the Andringa Funeral Home in Sheldon, Iowa.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date this coming summer.

Memorials will be directed to Local Dementia and Alzheimer's Care Facilities at the families discretion.

      LaVonne Ruth Lutterman, the daughter of Fabian and Madelyn (Huhnstock) Scholtes was born on December 25, 1938 in Slayton, MN. LaVonne attended Our Lady of Good Council in Wilmont, Minnesota graduating in 1956. She was united in marriage to Lawrence Lutterman on June 28, 1963 in Wilmont. The young couple made their home in Wilmont until 1979 when they moved to Worthington, Minnesota. In 2000, they moved to Sheldon, Iowa. LaVonne was an author of instructional books and a restoration artist of dolls in her later years. Lawrence preceded her in death on January 15, 2012. LaVonne remained in her home until her passing on December 4, 2022.

     LaVonne enjoyed writing, restoring dolls and spending time with her family.

     Left to cherish her memory are her 2 daughters and sons-in-law, Lawre and Michael Harris of Brainerd, Minnesota and their children, Daniel, Nicole and David; Lois and Daniel Klein of Sheldon, Iowa and their children, Mandy and Michael Seeley and their son Robin; and Jackie and Kian Stack and their children, Henry, August and Eleanor; a brother, Wayne Scholtes of Worthington, Minnesota; a sister-in-law, Genevieve “Gen” Lutterman of Sibley, Iowa and other relatives and friends.

     LaVonne was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence.

at the family’s discretion.
