Robert Eugene Brodersen was born on November 2, 1950 in Cherokee, Iowa to Bud and Della Brodersen.
Bob had a wide variety of hobbies and talents. He loved being in the kitchen making a batch of soup, decorating Christmas cookies or making breakfast for his family and friends. He enjoyed feeding the birds and squirrels in his yard. Bob developed a keen eye for photography and loved to snap pictures of the beauty of Mother Nature. In the summer, you could find him tending to his flowers and tomatoes. He was a Jeopardy viewer to be reckoned with. Bob appreciated the beauty of life’s everyday pleasures- a cup of coffee, a good book, or a great tune.
And he was most happy when he could do these activities with the love of his life, Georgia.
He was a wonderful dad to his kids, Jay and Leia, and He loved being a proud Grandpa at Izzy’s concerts and Alex’s games. They have so many wonderful memories of him to forever cherish.
Bob left a special mark in the hearts of many.
We will always carry his memory with us.
