SHARON E. ZYLSTRA
Sharon Emily Zylstra, the daughter of Peter and Kathryn (Kuipers) Zylstra was born January 16, 1946 in Sheldon, Iowa. She lived her youth in Perkins, Iowa and Sheldon, Iowa where she attended school. Sharon worked as a telephone operator in Sheldon, Iowa, Des Moines, Iowa and Sioux Falls, South Dakota. She had lived in Sioux Falls for many years. She passed away on Thursday, March 7, 2019 at her home in Sioux Falls reaching the age of 73 years, one month and twenty-one days.
She enjoyed doing volunteer work for her church, 41st St. Church of Christ in Sioux Falls and also for her community. She also saw to it that her older sister, Betty was well taken care of.
Sharon is survived by her sister, Betty (Elizabeth) Zylstra of Akron, Iowa and many cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Peter and Kathryn Zylstra and a brother, Herman Zylstra.
The Lord is my Shepherd; I shall

in the paths of righteousness for
His name’s sake.
